Applecheek Farm – turning over a new leaf! Come and see the beautiful leaves at our Open House on Saturday, October 10 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The fall foliage is spectacular! You’ll be the first to see our new Farm Store! And, you can enjoy free wagon rides and farm tours. You will be able to enjoy delectable food prepared by Chef Jason Clark of JDC’s Just
Delicious Catering. Chef Jason uses Applecheek Farm meats and produce, as well as produce from other local farmers, and organic whenever possible.
Enjoy music by Don Tobey and Mary Collins and the activities provided to entertain the young and the young at heart! Come to get updated on what’s going on in farming these days. Hear what Doug Flack of Flack Family Farm and Amy Walker of Honey Do Farm have to say about sustainable farming and the benefits of buying local food. Senator Susan Bartlett will give us agricultural updates from Montpelier.
